I take Custom orders

Contact me about your idea for a custom order. I gladly draw a sketch to discuss all the details, after this is approved, I ask for half of the price of the piece as a prepayment. The remaining payment will be done after the piece is finished and before it is shipped.

Pricing guide for Custom orders

The Pricing varies depending on the size, complexity of the design and the working time spend on the projects.

• Minis: 30-40€

• Figurines: 50- 60€ 

• Bottle animlas: 70€

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, except on custom orders.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

I accept cancellations except on custom orders or once the item is already shipped.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The article must be returned two weeks after the delivery. If the reason for the return is the arrival of a damaged article, please provide pictures of the article in the first two days of the arrival. I will not accept returns for articles that have been damaged two weeks after the delivery. 

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For already made items the proceesing time will be 1-3 businessdays. For custom orders or mode-to-order items the processing time will be 5-7 businessdays.

• Austria: 2-3 businessdays standard shipping, 1-2 businessdays priority  shipping.

• EU: 5-10 businessdays standard shipping, 2-4 businessdays priority shipping.

• Europa without EU: 5-12 businessdays standard shipping, 2-4 businessdays priority shipping.

• International: 10-20 businessdays standard shipping,  7-9 businessdays priority shipping.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
